Custom items
Every item is printed to order, so custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color or change of mind.
Our mistakes
If Midnight Ink misprints an item, uses the wrong approved artwork, or ships a defective garment, it is reprinted or refunded at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.
Approved proofs
Spelling, names, numbers and placement approved on your proof are considered final and are not eligible for refund.
