Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing prints your artwork onto a special film, then heat-presses it onto the garment. It handles fine detail, photos and unlimited colors, and it works on cotton, blends and polyester — so your design comes out bright and holds up wash after wash.

Yes. Upload your artwork on the Custom Orders page. High-resolution PNG files with a transparent background print best, but send what you have and we'll let you know if it needs work.

Absolutely. Describe your idea — wording, colors, theme — and Midnight Ink will build the design for you. Simple text designs are usually included; more involved custom artwork may carry a small design fee, quoted before any work begins.

PNG (preferred), JPG/JPEG, PDF and SVG. Please send the largest, clearest version you have — screenshots and images saved from social media often print blurry.

Adult S through 4XL on most styles, and youth XS through youth L. Sizes above 2XL may carry a small upcharge depending on the garment.

Yes, subject to availability. Black, white, navy, royal, charcoal, heather gray, sand, red, maroon and forest green are the usual stock colors, and other colors can often be ordered in.

Yes. Businesses, teams, families, churches and events are welcome. Bulk pricing improves as quantity goes up — send your quantity and sizes through the Custom Orders form for a quote.

Most orders are ready within 5–7 business days after the design is approved. Larger or multi-location orders may take longer; your confirmed timeline is given when the order is accepted.

When the schedule allows. Rush turnaround carries an additional fee, quoted up front. Ask before you order so we can confirm the date is possible.

Yes, shipping is available within the United States at actual carrier cost, added to your invoice before payment.

Yes. Local pickup is available in the Southern Illinois area by arrangement — a pickup time and meeting spot are confirmed by phone or message once your order is ready.

Wait 24 hours before the first wash. Turn the garment inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print and skip bleach and fabric softener.

Custom printed items are made to order and generally cannot be returned. Misprints, defects and Midnight Ink errors are corrected or refunded. See the full Return & Refund Policy for details.
