Submitting a request
Submitting the custom order form starts a conversation — it is a quote request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed once Midnight Ink accepts it in writing and the required payment is received.
Deadlines
A requested due date is not guaranteed until Midnight Ink confirms it. Please request as far in advance as possible for events.
Changes
Changes are welcome before proof approval. After approval, changes may require a new proof and additional cost.
