Pickup Policy
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available in the Southern Illinois area. Midnight Ink operates from a home studio, so a pickup time and meeting location are arranged directly with you — the address is not published online.
Scheduling
You will be contacted by phone, text or email when your order is ready. Please pick up within 14 days.
Uncollected orders
Orders not picked up within 30 days, after reminders, may be considered abandoned and are not refundable.
